Technical support and Problems

To resolve any issues with your orders, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. If you are already logged in, navigate to the "Orders and Returns" section within your profile.
  3. Locate your order and click on "Issue."
  4. Select the product you are experiencing problems with and indicate your issue in the form.
  5. Once the issue has been opened, you must respond through the message thread that will be sent to your email. Please do not open a new ticket; as previously indicated, reply to the same email for more efficient and effective management with our support department.
