Technical support and Problems
To resolve any issues with your orders, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account
- If you are already logged in, navigate to the "Orders and Returns" section within your profile.
- Locate your order and click on "Issue."
- Select the product you are experiencing problems with and indicate your issue in the form.
- Once the issue has been opened, you must respond through the message thread that will be sent to your email. Please do not open a new ticket; as previously indicated, reply to the same email for more efficient and effective management with our support department.
