Technical support and Problems
In order to troubleshoot any problems you may have with your orders, please follow the steps below:
- Sign in to your account
- If you are already logged in, go to the "Orders/Returns" section in your profile.
- Click on the "View order" button to enter the order where you want to make the return.
- Once inside, click on the "Open a ticket" button at the bottom of the page.
- Choose the product you are having a problem with and indicate your problem on the form.
- Once the incident has been opened, you have to respond by the thread of messages that will reach your email. Please, do not open a new ticket, as we have previously indicated, reply to the same email.
