Delivery of large volume within 3-7 days

Delivery with viable access without a crane and without disassembling or unpacking the product.

The existing installation is not modified or expanded at the residence.

• The existing installation must allow for installation without making modifications.
• In the case of American refrigerators, the residence must have a water connection at the chosen location for installation.
• For American refrigerators, the customer must confirm the feasibility of access in advance, both in the common area (entrance) and inside the residence, as well as along the route to reach it.

In case of accessory incompatibilities, assembly will not be carried out.

• Water connections of different sizes than those provided in the product's accessories.

The product is not disassembled to access the residence.

If, due to the dimensions of the product or the access to the residence, the product needs to be unpacked to complete the delivery, it will be the responsibility and risk of the consumer, and Outlet PC will not assume any damages that may occur to the product due to the need to remove the packaging, unless the consumer explicitly accepts and assumes this responsibility.

The location of the product must be at a sufficient distance from the connections (antenna, water, or electricity) to allow for installation using the accessories provided with the product.

All additional services requested must be indicated prior to the product delivery.

Any damage or issue that arises at the time of delivery must be recorded on the delivery note provided to the delivery personnel. Installation applies only to freestanding appliances such as washing machines, dishwashers, dryers, refrigerators, and American refrigerators.

The removal of old appliances must be requested at the time of ordering; requests for this service will not be considered at a later date.
