How and Who Can Report?

At Outlet PC, committed to legality and transparency, we foster an environment where anyone, whether customer, employee, or stakeholder, has the ability to report regulatory violations. This includes, but is not limited to, violations of the law, unethical conduct, or any other action that contravenes the principles of integrity and honesty that guide us.

Following Law 2/2023 of February 20, we want to ensure that anyone who detects or suspects a violation within our organization has a direct and secure channel to report it. This commitment extends to protecting those who choose to do so, guaranteeing their confidentiality and ensuring that there will be no retaliation for their actions.

Reporting Process:

1. Access the Platform: Use the provided link to access the reporting platform.
2. Report the Violation: Complete the reporting form, detailing the observed or suspected violation. You can do so anonymously if you prefer.
3. Follow-Up: A specialized team will carefully review each report and take appropriate actions to investigate and resolve the situation.
