We want your purchase to be easy and backed by secure measures. That’s why we work with reliable payment platforms and use additional verification when required by your bank.

Shopify Payments

Payment gateway for credit and debit cards. For some transactions, your bank may request confirmation via 3D Secure (by SMS or banking app, depending on the bank).

Additional validation when required by your bank.
Helps reduce the risk of unauthorised purchases.
If it’s not enabled, your bank can advise you on how to activate it.

Why does it sometimes ask for an extra step?

This is a verification used by some banks to confirm that the payment is authorised by the cardholder.

Quick tip

If your payment shows as “pending” or “declined”, check your banking app: sometimes the 3D Secure confirmation is still required.

Apple Pay and Google Pay

Fast mobile payments that help protect your data through tokenisation and authentication (Face ID / Touch ID or equivalent).

You don’t share your full card details with every purchase.
Authorisation via biometrics or device lock.
Ideal for paying in seconds from your phone.

Visa & Mastercard

If you prefer a traditional option, paying by card is the most straightforward choice.

Card payment

You can pay with Visa and Mastercard. Your information is transmitted securely using encryption, and the card issuer carries out checks and authorisations to confirm the transaction.

Tip if your payment is declined

Check whether your bank has requested confirmation (3D Secure) or if there’s a temporary restriction. If in doubt, your bank can explain the reason for the decline.

Why don’t we offer PayPal?

This is a very common question. Our decision is simple: PayPal charges transaction fees, and we prefer not to increase the price of your purchase by passing those costs on to you.

More competitive prices: we avoid adding fees that don’t provide extra value when reliable alternatives are available.
The same convenience: Apple Pay and Google Pay offer a fast and very convenient experience (especially on mobile).
Bank-level security: card payments may require validation (3D Secure) when requested by the bank.

If I only use PayPal, what do you recommend?

For a “PayPal-like” experience in terms of convenience, Apple Pay or Google Pay is usually the best alternative: pay in seconds with biometric authentication and without re-entering your details.
