Frying pan from the prestigious brand San Ignacio, made of forged aluminum with a painted ceramic exterior. Its “Soft Touch” handle does not conduct heat. Diameter: 24 cm. The base and interior coating are specially designed for vitroceramic and gas stoves (not induction). Soft touch handle made of hardened thermoplastic, which stays cool while cooking, in wine color.
