All products come with a minimum 12-month warranty and up to 36 months. The exact duration is always shown on the product page (the “Warranty” field) before purchase.
Depending on the product and applicable conditions, the warranty may be handled directly with the manufacturer or through Outlet PC.

Who handles it
Depending on the product, handling may be done with the manufacturer or with Outlet PC as the support contact.
Support response time
We respond within a maximum of 48 business hours. Cases are not handled on Saturdays and Sundays.

This summary is indicative by condition. The valid warranty is always the one shown on the product page.
New
36-month warranty directly with the manufacturer.
Refurbished
Between 12 and 36 months of warranty, depending on the product and applicable conditions.
Open box
Between 24 and 36 months of manufacturer warranty, as with a new product.
Cosmetic defect
Between 12 and 24 months of warranty, depending on the product.
Damaged packaging
Between 24 and 36 months of manufacturer warranty, as with a new product.
What does “refurbished” mean at Outlet PC?
A refurbished product is an item that is inspected and tested and receives technical refurbishment where applicable. Its warranty may vary (between 12 and 36 months) depending on the product and the conditions available with the manufacturer/supplier.
How to open a warranty claim
To help you faster, manage your case from your account. This way, the support team automatically receives all the order information.
- Log in and access your account to view your orders.
- Go to “Orders and returns”.
- Find your order and click “Claim”.
- Select the product and describe the issue in the form.
- Once the claim is opened, communication continues by email: always reply in the same thread.
⚠️ Very important to resolve it faster
Do not open more than one claim or send more than one email for the same case: duplicates only slow down processing. If you need to add information, do so by replying to the same thread to keep all context in one place.
Check your Spam / Promotions folder: sometimes our replies may end up there.
