Is refurbished the same as second-hand?

We don’t think so, but we won’t judge you if you think otherwise. A refurbished product may have been used for a few hours or days and is in perfect aesthetic and functional condition. The term “second-hand” usually implies longer use, so it’s not quite accurate. “Refurbished” is closer to the concept of a “nearly new” car.

Do these products have a warranty?

Yes! All our products come with a minimum 12-month warranty, often 24 months. We work with leading European manufacturers and suppliers who uphold the original warranties on their refurbished products. Additionally, all products undergo thorough inspection multiple times. You also have 14 days to return your purchase if anything doesn’t meet your expectations.
