Shipping and Delivery Fees — Outlet PC Europe

We are Outlet PC, a company originally from Spain that is now expanding its offer throughout Europe, including France and beyond.

Why do we charge shipping fees?

Shipping fees are calculated based on the volumetric weight of the products included in each order. Our goal is to be as transparent as possible: we charge exactly what the carriers charge us for the transportation service, with no extra fees or markups. This way, customers pay a fair, real, and adjusted cost and can evaluate if the total price of the product plus shipping makes for a good deal.

When you add products to your cart, you can see the minimum shipping cost, which updates automatically as you add items. The final shipping cost will always be displayed at the last step of the checkout process.

To check shipping fees without starting the checkout, simply log into your user account and view the cart summary.

Delivery and Billing Addresses

Before finalizing your order, in the “Shipping” section, you will be able to choose both your delivery and billing addresses. Please carefully verify the shipping fees. In case of any error, the cost of reshipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery Times

For most European countries, the usual delivery time is 3 to 7 business days from order confirmation. We do our best to meet these deadlines, but we cannot guarantee absolute punctuality, as delays may occur due to circumstances beyond Outlet PC’s or the carriers' control.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM local time will be processed on the next business day.

General Policy

  • We do not ship large or heavy household appliances within Europe.
  • All orders are delivered to the doorstep or the delivery point specified by the carrier, according to the chosen service conditions.
  • Any transport-related claims must be made on the day of delivery via your customer account or by email at: infoweb@outlet-pc.es.
