These devices come from the official Asus program for refurbished products. Devices can end up in this program for various reasons:

• Products with damaged packaging.
• Unsealed products returned for various reasons such as purchase reconsideration within the first 15 days.
• Stock overruns or discontinued products.

The product will arrive in a like-new state, unused or with just a few hours of use, with all original accessories and ready to be used. The packaging is a generic one from ASUS's official refurbished program they use for all devices in this program. The packaging will be unsealed as our technicians have conducted a second review to verify its proper operation and in case of any cosmetic flaw, to notify it. If no flaw is reported, the product will be as new.

The warranty on this product is like that of a new product, 36 months directly with the manufacturer.
