These devices come from HP's official refurbished product program. Devices can end up in this program for various reasons:

- Unsealed products returned for various reasons, such as reconsidering a purchase within the first 14 days.

The product will arrive in a like-new condition, either unused or with only a few hours of use, complete with all original accessories and ready for use. The packaging is a standard one from HP's official refurbished program which they use for all devices in this program. The packaging will be unsealed since our technicians have conducted a second review to ensure its proper operation, and if any cosmetic flaws are found, to report them. If no flaws are reported, the product will be as new.
The warranty for this product is the same as for a new one, 36 months directly with the manufacturer.
